We have succeeded to commercialize SiC (Silicon Carbide), an abrasive, its heat sink,
substrate, and radiator plate as related parts for LED lighting throughout our research
and development of SiC’s chemical performance and physical capacity.

Features of P-SiC heat sink：

• High in design degree.
• High in processing convenience and be able to commercialize in a batch. (Rarely requires additional work after processing.)
• Excellent insulation capacity, a potential for electric shock is low compared to other metal heat dissipating material.
• Light weighted compared to other exothermic material.
• Eco-friendly.

Characteristics of SiC ceramics radiator plate：

• High in heat dissipation properties and thermal conductivity.
• Excellent insulation capacity, be able to use in environment of high-power (HP), high voltage (HV), and AC power (AV).
• Cchemically stable material, and not easily altered.
• Light weighted compared to metal radiator plates.
• Eco-friendly.

Features of the SiC ceramic substrate：

• High in heat dissipation properties and thermal conductivity.
• Excellent insulation capacity, be able to use in environment of high-power (HP), high voltage (HV), and AC power (AV).
• Chemically stable material, not easily altered.
• It is said to be the most suitable for high power LED lighting because its coefficient of thermal expansion is similar to the LED emitter.
• Light weighted compared to metal radiator plates.
• Eco-friendly.
